I'd like to introduce you to two of the finest women I have been privileged to meet while serving in Costa Rica.They will accompany me in April to the International Christian Conference on Prostitution held at our American Baptist Conference Center in Green Lake, WS.

Judith Hylton, leader in national women's ministry throughout Costa Rica will be going to the International Christian Conference on Prostitution in April 2006.She hopes to come home inspired and with more tools to offer training in local churches on how to best serve women and children at risk of sexual exploitation and trafficking.

Xinia Porras, pastor of the Baptist Church in La Guacima de Alajuela will be traveling for the first time to the US to be part of the ICCP conference and hopes to help her congregation reach out to the families in their neighborhood who are impacted by sexual exploitation and prostitution.Xinia has also been invited to preach at the Woodbury Baptist Church in MN after the conference as they begin to develop a sister church relationship with the church in La Guacima where she pastors.

We appreciate your prayers for safe travel, significant learning opportunities and deepened friendships as we head to Green Lake in April 2006.We give thanks to God for providing open doors and the opportunity to experience this unique conference.We thank God's people, members of American Baptist churches throughout the US who have helped financially to make this opportunity possible as well.
