Your credit card information is used for online donations only. International Ministries uses a secure third party service provider to process online donations. Credit card and billing information you provide is used by the service provider to process your donation only. We make an effort to require all third party service providers to hold personal information in strict confidence. While we believe these other companies are upstanding and will treat your personal information responsibly, we do not own or control them.

Personal Information

All personally identifiable information obtained through this website is kept strictly confidential and used by authorized International Ministries personnel for our purposes only. We do not, for any reason, sell, give, exchange, lend or lease our mailing lists, e-mail addresses or other personal identifiable information to any third party except as follows:

   1. when you have consented to such a disclosure;
   2. to third parties that help us to provide certain products or services to you or to process payments or donations
   3. in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with International Ministries rights or property, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities;
   4. when the law or a regulatory authority compels us.

We ask for personal information on our online donation pages and use this information to acknowledge receipt of your donation for tax purposes. In addition, your name and other information will be placed on our mailing list. If you are a donor to International Ministries or connected to IM through another capacity, data collected online may be combined and correlated with information you have provided by other means so that we can serve you more efficiently. If you do not want your personal information to go on our mailing list, uncheck the box at the end of the section.

If you wish to make a donation in honor of or in memory of someone, we will not use the information you give us about that individual for any other purposes.

E-mail Addresses

Our web site does not automatically recognize your e-mail address. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us by e-mail, and we ask for your e-mail address on our donation pages.

If you communicate with us by e-mail, we will not subscribe you to our e-mail lists. However, if you give a donation, you will be added to our lists to receive a monthly online missionary journal/newsletter. You may also opt-in to receive our monthly newsletters/missionary journals through our website or by e-mailing your request directly to website@internationalministries.org

Opt-Out

If you do not want to receive the missionary journals or other periodic e-mail updates, please let us know by following the unsubscribe link found in any e-mail update received from us.

Changes to This Policy

International Ministries reserves the right to make changes to this policy without advance notice. International Ministries reserves the right to make the revised or changed Privacy and Security Policy effective for information we already have about you, as well as any information we receive in the future.

Ownership and Copyright

The articles, photographs, video footage, logos, etc. you view on the International Ministries website are either copyrighted property of International Ministries or are copyrighted by another organization or company and used with their permission. In most cases, permission to use International Ministries copyrighted content and images will be provided freely for personal or charitable (non-commercial) use, but the distribution, sale, modification or transmission of website content or images for profit is not allowed.
