Do you like books?The Springfield Baptist Church near Akron, Ohio has started a discount, on-line book store called Springfldbooks.All books are $1.25 each, 5 for $5.00 or 10 for $10.00.Shipping by mail is $2.26 for 1 book, $3.95 for 2 – 5 items and $6.34 for 6 – 10 items.Check out the website at http://home.mindspring.com/'springfldbooks for details and a complete listing of titles.

All the books have been donated by church members and friends.This program is exciting for us as 60% of the proceeds will be contributed to the Thailand based ministries and programs of International Ministries.That means us and our friends and co-workers!The first contributions will soon be going to the Community Based Rehabilitation Project based in Mae Sariang that helps people with disabilities.Other proceeds will be divided among the Springfield Baptist Church and the Lake Center Christian School in Hartville, Ohio, also worthy causes.

All the books are used, but still in good, readable condition.Some books are in almost new condition.Titles range from novels, fiction, non-fiction, Christian and secular for children, youth and adults.Videos are also available.

Do you have some books you no longer need?Springfldbooks is also interested in accepting donations of books in good condition.
