Our Discovery Team of 7 will begin our adventure tomorrow 1/18.  The planning and packing are behind us.  We have asked God to prepare our hearts.  Now, it time to go to Thailand and see what God is doing there, and how he plans to mold us and change us through our experiences.

On our trip, we will be visiting 3 refugee camps on the Thai-Burma border.  One of those camps is Mae La Oon.  This is where the Tha Lai family from Karen State in Burma lived for 17 years before coming to the United States in April 2010.  Tha, Keh Paw, and their 3 teenage children settled in Lancaster County, PA and have adjusted well to life in the US.  It will be a privilege to visit the camp where they lived for so many years.  Perhaps, people there will remember them and some memories will be shared.
