Administrative Assistant for Global Personnel, Vocational Development and World Relief Officer

Responsibilities: support three supervisors (the Director of Vocational Development, the Director of Global Personnel and Services and the World Relief Officer); work closely with the Global Mission Team in supporting global personnel, candidates for global service, scholarship grant recipients and One Great Hour of Sharing offering administration

Qualifications: associate's degree; 3+ years of related experience or additional higher education; knowledge of basic finance and accounting

Director of Donor Services

Responsibilities: communicate with donors in support of gift entry and receipting operations; supervise and assist with Salesforce data entry and gift receipting; build standard and ad hoc reports; train gift entry personnel and offer Salesforce training to staff

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in business, IT, computer science or a related area; 3+ years experience with donor management system, Salesforce applications preferable; 3+ years experience in a nonprofit or customer service position; prior supervisory and data entry experience

Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities: manage human resources activities; administer benefit programs and compensation plans; evaluate and manage processes and technology solutions; advise the Executive Directors Council members on employee relations

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field required, with Human Resources certification desired; 5+ years of mid-level human resources experience as a human resources generalist; experience within a nonprofit organization
