Sierra Community Church (SCC) is a young Rwandan organization aiming to build strong and sustainable communities and local churches seeks a person to serve as a Senior Ministry Advisor.  This would be an opportunity to multiply ministry impact by training trainers – district pastors, youth leaders, and women leaders -- in areas of evangelism and discipleship.  A candidate for this opportunity should have a Master of Divinity degree and prior experience in mission leadership, pastoral training, and teaching seminars or classes in a theological school, as well as skills in fundraising for the welfare of pastors and evangelists. Current proficiency in or willingness to learn the French language is recommended.
