Addis Kidan (New Covenant) Baptist Church, a dynamic IM partner eager to empower its people, is seeking a person to serve as a Discipleship and Leadership Development Consultant.  This should be a person with training in theology, biblical studies, leadership, management, discipleship, and related fields and at least two years ministry and leadership experience.   This global servant will assist in training and equipping church leaders and pastors in disciple-making skills as fostering favorable ministry and leadership environments for church members and attenders.
