Addis Kidan (New Covenant) Baptist Church, a dynamic IM partner eager to empower its people, is seeking an experienced youthworker to serve as a Teen and Youth Ministry Consultant.  This should be a person with training in theology, biblical studies, counseling, psychology, sports, music and related fields and at least 2 years ministry and leadership experience.   This global servant will assist in training and equipping teen and youth ministers and help church pastors and leaders create favorable environments for teens and youth both in churches and in at home with their families.
