Teach and Train Teachers at Jumpah School, Cambodia (Volunteer Opportunity)

Teachers are needed to serve at the Jumpah school.  From English classes to art and music activities to mentoring and encouraging young teachers, this a great opportunity for teachers of all ages who want to serve God globally. There are a wide range of opportunities to assist current teachers – introduce creative teaching methods, help teachers integrate life and learning, assist the school become sustainable / self supporting. You can use your gifts to tutor school subjects, including math and science lessons, teach and model health and hygiene practices.  The children aren’t the only ones to benefit from your service.  You will interact with parents as well as be involved in and develop strategies to serve community.  Are you willing to share your gift of teaching to help give children in Cambodia a foundation for life?

 A one-year commitment is desired, 3 month minimum or more is considered.

Jumpah will provide: Room, meals at site, basic Khmer language classes, electricity and water, including drinking water.

      Volunteer will provide: Airfare, all personal supplies, including bedding, Cambodian visa, funds for personal expenses
