Volunteers are needed or six months or longer in the villages that Mike Mann and Integrated Tribal Development Program serve.  Nurses in a village clinic, English teachers in the village schools, and specialist in agriculture to assist and train with the coffee and agriculture projects are all needed.

These are all village assignments, with extremely rural settings and conditions.  We recommend that women come with another person, or couples come.  Single women are not recommended in the rural settings.

In the village, ITDP will take care of room and board in although some financial donation for food would be helpful. You will be eating village food.

Although it will be helpful to have Thai or tribal language skills, it is not necessary.

Volunteer candidates must be experienced at cross cultural settings and ministry, humble learners and servants.  You may or may not be serving in a fully Christian village, so your witness will be how you act everyday.
