Happy Thanksgiving: Philippians 1:3 - 6 "I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

Thanking God for:
1. You and your financial and prayer support. (Individual and Churches)
2. The pastors and leaders we will be working with in the DR and Cuba.
3. Our family and God's provision.
4. First Baptist Church of Painesville and their support as we transition from Pastor to Missionary.

We have recovered from our Exploratory Trip and are trying to get everything together for Christmas and have our first MPT (Missionary Partnership Team) meeting. God continues to put people in our paths that are encouraging us with where God is leading us to ministry. We give God thanks for you and know God is completing his work in you, in us, and in the world.

This past Sunday, St John's Baptist Church here in Painesville invited us to worship with them in the afternoon. Pastor Jeff was excited to learn about our calling and prayed with us. The church too came up after service and greeted us with many words of encouragement. It was such a blessing to worship with them.
Prayer Points:
* Continue to lift up the pastors in the DR and Cuba that God will encourage them and provide for their needs.
* Pray for our family and FBCP as we continue down the transition with them.
* Our children want you to remember the orphanage and the need for infant cribs. Pray for God to move and work.

God has been leading us to challenge churches and individuals about support not only the ministry God has called us to but your local pastor. As people prayerfully consider partnering with International Ministries to support pastors and their families in the DR we know the need for encouragement and support for the local pastor here in the USA is just a real and needed. I remember getting a little note or even some cash handed to me after service by someone in the church feeling led to bless us. Those moments are times I treasure as a pastor and really feel God's support. With that in mind here is our challenge:

UNOMissions Challenge (Click to give)
Monthly Support Commitment
$200 = Training and Support for Ministry to Pastors in Cuba
$100 = Provide Opportunity for Pastors to Network and Train Together
$50 = Provide Training and Support for a pastor
$25 = One trip to visit a pastor
UNOMissions Pastor Challenge: “Give Globally and Act Locally! For example, commit to UNOMissions $25 per month and put $25 towards a girt card or gift to give your pastor today to encourage him/her. God is calling us to encourage pastors in the DR and Cuba and you can encourage your pastor today.”

God Bless,
