What a wonderful experience we had at our endorsement training at the International Ministries offices in Valley Forge, PA!

The staff taught us about being missionaries, played with our baby, picked up Caleb when his Jeep broke down on the way to see us, and showed great hospitality.  We could feel the Holy Spirit confirming this call on our lives as we shared stories, joys, and concerns with our new co-workers.

Our trainer, Jim Bell, shared scripture with us from Philippians 1:3-6

"I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

This was appropriate for our week of training, but it especially makes us think of our prayer partners who lift us up to His throne.  We thank God for you.

The training was surely a sweet time of fellowship and growth for us, and we praise God for new friendships established and valuable information learned.  Hopefully we'll get to share it with you in the near future!
