HOUSE OF HOPE (COCHABAMBA, BOLIVIA) As many people know, there's a special place in my heart for the ministries in Cochabamba, Bolivia through the House of Hope. This June, I traveled there with my home church from Duluth, GA to help them begin a long-term relationship as they worked on a community center/church in the hills surrounding Cochabamba. It was a phenomenal trip where new relationships were built because we intentionally let local leaders direct the project instead of going in with our ideas of what should be done. We learned a lot and cannot wait for a return trip next year to continue building these relationships. I will also be returning in January from the 7th through the 16th with a small medical team to serve the indigenous population alongside the House of Hope. If you are interested, please contact me immediately. I need two or three medical folks to join me on the trip and would love to share this beloved community with you. For more information, email me. |
