Making Dreams A Reality
Help us make a difference in Guwahati, India at the Satribari School of Nursing
It's contagious!
When I first visited North East India about 10 months ago, I felt a connection with the nursing instructors at the Satribari School of Nursing, almost immediately. In fact, all of the schools of nursing throughout NE India working with our partner, CBCNEI, are doing fantastic work training up strong, well-educated Christian nurses. But, when the Satribari professors shared their vision of developing the very first Christian Bachelors Nursing College in all of NE India, their excitement was contagious! I returned to the US with only the promise to share this vision and see what would happen. Well, friends, what has happened is that others have caught this vision and many are willing to come alongside these professors and CBCNEI to help build this dream into a reality. Will you join us? Learn More about what it means to be a volunteer with this project.

Satribari College of Nursing
The Satribari School of Nursing could soon become the first Christian Bachelor's College of Nursing in the State of Assam. The Satribari School of Nursing and the Satribari Hospital are both ministries of International Ministries partner, CBCNEI, the Council of Baptist Churches of North East India. During a recent trip, I was able to meet leaders and help discern our future role in this project. Learn more.

Volunteer, Rev. Soozi Whitten Ford
We're all in this together. And volunteering is a great way to understand what I do as the Global Consultant for Health and how International Ministries works with partners around the world. Executive Minister for the Indiana and Kentucky Region of the American Baptist Churches, Rev. Soozi Whitten Ford, traveled with me to Guwahati, India to lead nursing instructors through steps to make their vision closer to a reality. Learn more.

Support Healthcare Worldwide
You, too, can support projects like the future College of Nursing at Satribari. Health care needs are always top priorities when I travel and often lack of equipment, medicines, personnel or education limit the ability of practitioners around the world from providing patients adequate care. A gift to this project fund will allow me to make funds and supplies available during my travels. Learn more.
