Soshin's new building with cafeteria
In October, we had the privilege to visit Tohoku, NE Japan, with our Area Director, Leslie Turley. Our partners gave us tours and treated us to delicious meals. I have been praying daily at 9:38 (Matt 9:38) for more workers for Japan to share the good news of Jesus Christ. On this trip, I noticed our partners are now requesting more workers! In the college/high school/junior high school communities and in the local church communities, there are opportunities for people willing to teach English. Intentionally building relationships can allow us to share the most important message of Jesus, our Messiah. What a great opportunity! Would you like to share a meal with us in Japan?
May the Lord continue to richly bless you!
With Thanks and much Love,
Gordon (and Lee Ann) Hwang
P.S. Last Tuesday, November 22, 5:59AM JST, Fukushima had another "aftershock" of 6.9M earthquake. Fortunately, only 15 people were injured and no fatalities. Only minor damage was reported and the tsunami was only1-2 meters high afterward. We were woken and shaken but we are ~300km from the epicenter. Please continue to pray for the people of Tohoku.
