Debbie serves as the liaison of churches of India and Nepal, and the US enabling them to develop volunteer service and mission trips opportunities. This ministry involves an effort to help the churches of both sides to understand the culture, needs, and resources of each other. Debbie provides consultation and training to equip individuals and churches of both sides to develop mutual understanding and respect, and cooperative effort to provide personnel, financial, and other resources to each other via volunteer service and mission trips. The emphasis is placed on developing a long term relationship between the churches involved.
She tells of receiving the following from Sandeep, an Indian believer, who was excited to meet an American Baptist missionary.  He later wrote her:
    “I thank God. With sincerity of heart I’m saying this.  Since a long time I have the heart felt feeling to thank those missionaries and the organizations which sent them.   And now I got the opportunity. Thank You for Your committed work and sending those missionaries a century ago. Your Work has its fruits even after a Century.
•    Praise the Lord for the faithfulness of those who brought Christ to India and help birth the church there.
•    Pray for Debbie as she seeks to connect up believers in the U.S.A. and in India and Nepal.
