Dear Loved Ones,

Greetings and Happy Easter! We are doing much better now.

Normally, a knock at our door means someone has come for:

-academic matters
-a recommendation for a consultation at our eye clinic
-a need of a pair of eye glasses
-food
-financial assistance
-women meeting or a consultation of some kind

Today, it was not the case. Around six PM, we heard a knock and I rushed to open the door. A young girl who, about two months ago came to ask for financial assistance to go school, came saying that: “I heard that you were sick and I am coming to pray for you”. We invited her in and gave her a seat. After singing two songs in Creole, she read Psalms 139 and made some comments. She then sung another song to prepare us for the prayer. She really prayed out of her heart and ended her prayer with the recitation of the Lord’s Prayer. Before leaving, she gave pastoral blessing.

It was a moving experience as well as a very comforting one. We praise God for the ministry of evangelization in this country. We not only give: we also receive.

Please continue to pray for us as we try to present Jesus in the many facets of our ministries.

Yours,

Nzunga Mabudiga, Kihomi Ngwemi & Nzunga Pambi
