Dear
Loved Ones,
Peace and Grace on each one of you. We are in the States since July to rest, to
connect with faithful supporters, family members, and old friends plus make new
ones. God had been good to us. He is watching over us daily. For the first
time in almost 7 years we had all our children together around the family
table. Time flew too fast.
Nzunga Pambi now 16 years old is in Lancaster
PA where she is trying to finish
her high school studies before she finds a college. Nzunga Giguya, who is 20
years old, is a sophomore in Salina
KS where he is playing on the
college soccer team. Soccer is his passion. Nzunga Mafungu received his MBA
last May and is looking for employment.
He was here with us but went back to visit a boss who has called him in McPherson KS
for some help. Nzunga Magimvuyu, her husband Allain Mumbere, their
daughter Naima (Peace in Swahili), and Andriana Mumbere are with us here in Gilbert, Arizona.
The 9 month baby girl is a joy. We are learning to be grandparents.
Since we arrived in this country we have visited some churches where
we received a warm welcome. Everywhere we go people are opening their homes,
their churches and their hearts. We praise God for the reception we are
the objects of. It is this kind of warmth that encourages us on the
mission field to keep on helping those less fortunate.
Our return to Haiti
and the continuation of our ministries in that country depends on the fact that
we raise enough on-going support. We know that without
your support we can not continue touching the lives of many around the
world.
We thank God daily for your love throughout the many years of our mission.
May the peace and joy of this Christmas season be upon you and those you love as we celebrate the greatest gift mankind has ever received.
His Son,
Our Savior!

The recession has hit us all including ABC missionaries. We thank all of you who have faithfully given to the Nzunga and Kihomi ministry in the past. We are still short $2500 a month in pledges to keep them in the field. If you could pledge any monthly amount or increase your support it would literally save lives both now and for eternity. Nzunga and Kihomi sacrifice many creature comforts and seeing their family to carry out their work with the Haitian people, which they love. Please help keep this vital ministry going for the poorest people in the western hemisphere. We thank you and God will bless you. If you have questions please email or call Dennis Shewell jdshewell@hughes.net or 812-569-1352
