Communicating God’s Word

Dear Loved Ones,

Peace and Christian greetings to you all. The entire family is doing fine and continue to do God's will on a daily basis. We have had too much rain and still it has brought with it many blessings. Beside water that is always needed, we expect food from the gardens people are working on during this period.

It also brought another blessing, which we were not expecting at all. It is the nomination of Kihomi Ngwemi Nzunga by the The National Union Of Baptist Women Of Haiti, which is part of Caribbean Baptist Women Union, which in turn is part of the Baptist World Alliance, to represent Haiti at international gatherings. Writing on behalf of the Baptist Union of Baptist Women of Haiti to the US consul, Mrs. Wallace Eleanor Turnbull states: "Her ease with the English language, her ministry in women's organizations and leadership training are reasons she has been delegated to international responsibilities." Her English which is nothing at all in the States is"tops" in this French speaking country. Isn't it wonderful that God can use people who cannot speak the language to communicate His word.

Because of this nomination she has been given a multiple religious entry visa for 3 years. So she can show up any time now when you need her. This nomination is adding to the burden she already has of coordinating the Women's Association of the Baptist Convention and helping many other denominations in their struggle to teach women about their ministries.

Your prayers are needed to help meet the challenges that lie ahead of us. Alone it is impossible for us to carry on these heavy ministries. We rejoice that we have you behind everything we do in God's name. May God continue to use you and to bless you as you try to be a blessing to us and to others.

Yours missionaries,

Nzunga Mabudiga & Kihomi Ngwemi Nzunga
