Kids with goats
Dear Loved Ones.
Greeting. Today Wednesday March 16, 2011, in the city of Plaisance was the official inauguration of the pig project. Beside goats that we have been running for some years now, pigs have come to add some excitement. In some parts of Haiti, pigs progress much better than goats because of the climate. Plaisance, being on high elevation, is cold most of the time and not very suitable for goats. Pigs do well instead.
In the Kids for Kids goats project, we teach children to love the animals, care for them and learn how to make some money with their small efforts of caring for the animals. Many children have been able to go to school with goat money.
We thank you each and every one of you for caring for the small children of Haiti. Your love is a saving tool for many families who would not be able to send their loved ones to schools without this program.
May God continue to bless you all.

Dear Supporters,
It is hard for Americans to understand what a difference this program can make in the lives of a Haitian family. It can increase the family income considerably, add protein to their diet and give them the dignity of helping themselves. There are documented cases where this simple gift has led to someone eventually graduating from college where without it they would have never even started elementary school. Thank you for caring.
