Dear Loved Ones,

Greeting. We are back home in Haiti after two weeks in the States. The return trip was long and tiring. From Phoenix we passed through Houston then Fort Lauderdale to end up in Miami where we spent the night in the freezing airport.

That night God opened two miracles and we knew that He made us not find a hotel room for this reason. We met two ladies who attended the Debora meeting. We exchanged some words of greeting and before we knew it, we were deeply involved in the sharing of their ministry and our ministry. At the end, we prayed for them. One of them needed special prayers since she is suffering from cancer. The two ladies gave us $124 to support Kihomi’s efforts to educate young Haitian ladies.

Forty minutes after we finished praying, we saw a very confused young man, completely lost without knowing what to do at that airport. The spirit led us to greet him in French: bonjour. He responded: "Nou Haitian" = are you Haitians? We said yes. All the sudden, his face lit up and we could tell that the heavy load on his shoulders fell down. This trip was his first international experience with very limited English. His host, a pastor in NY, did not tell him what to do after he got to Miami. He tried to call with his Haitian cell phone but could not reach him. He did not know that his cell phone could not work in the USA.

We called his host even though it was really late at midnight. The NY pastor gladly told us that the young man needed to connect at 7:45 with Delta Airlines going to Atlanta where the host would meet him. We indicated him where Delta was and the young man could not stop praising the Lord for His provision.

Please be praying for Maida who is battling cancer. Let us associate all those who are sick we know and those we don’t know. And we  know that everyone has somebody sick in his circle of relationships.

Yours in Haiti.

Nzunga & Kihomi.

Dear Friends,

There is an old song about serving where you are planted.  This story is very much a story of how Nzunga and Kihomi are always seeking ways to serve other’s no matter what their circumstances.   May the Lord make all of us this aware and open to do the same.
