Dear Loved Ones,

Greeting. Let us meet Mr. Francky Osirus, an auto mechanic who helps our Christian University of Northern Haiti with the supervision and the repair of its generators.

Francky is also a community leader who has helped us in our clean water ministry. He knows his community upside down and has oriented us in knowing exactly where the need for clean water was very acute.

On Thursday August 15 at 8 PM Franky saw me in the house of our university's president. He did not know that I was around since being away for two and half months. It was a big surprise for him to see me. He said: “Pastor where have you been all this time? I have been dying to tell you about the two water pumps in 4th section of Limbe. Most of our water sources are dried up since we are not having enough rain. Many people have gone back to drinking the dirty river water. The two pumps are the only ones where over 3000 people are getting water.”

Nobody could have said it much better than what Mr. Francky said.

Thank you for your support of the clean water ministry.

Yours in Haiti,

Nzunga & Kihomi

Dear Friends,

In the Gospel of Mark, Jesus is inviting into heaven those who gave water to the thirsty.  He even said that helping these needy ones were the same as helping Him.  Your support has it made it possible to give SAFE water to thousands and this is only two pumps of many that Nzunga is getting installed.  Thank you for your continued support and love.

Please pray that these pump can stand the abuse they will receive from so many users.  They are inexpensive PVC pumps that can be assembled locally from available parts.  However there ability to survive in Haiti is still unknown.

In His Grace,

Dennis Shewell
