Dear Loved Ones,

Greetings. Last Sunday February 23 was the day we buried our beloved Pastor Mompremier Jordanie, pastor of our Baptist Church of Ounaminthe, law professor in the school of law at Ouanaminthe school of law and court judge in the city of Fort Liberte. He was 57 years old.

The church was over packed with people from all walks of life. I can imagine that we were over one thousand to attend. The service started at 8:00 AM went until 1:00 PM. We had 12 choirs to sing and 8 speeches besides the preaching.

The procession to the special cemetery was almost 2 miles long.

It was sad to see but also a joy to see what Christians believe in as far death goes. He is now resting in the hands of His maker.

In Haiti,

Yours,

Nzunga & Kihomi

Dear Friends,

What a sad day.  Haiti needs all the educated pastors and lawyers that really care for the people it can get.  This is a great loss as can be witnessed by the outpouring of love at his funeral.  There are many things in this world we don’t understand.  We just can’t lean on our own understanding and trust the Lord.

With Peace and Love,
