Dear Loved Ones,

Greeting. We are now in the States where we have started visiting churches in California before unpacking our bags. We met many caring churches and many caring persons along the way. It was a blessed time in San Diego, Los Angels, South Pasadena and the surroundings.

One of our excitements was meeting and observing Chris Marziale in her role as White Cross coordinator. When Chris stands in front of people talking about White Cross, one can see her passion, her pride for the work she does so well and her love for the ministries that have supported and helped thousand in many nations of the world.

Here we learned how to cut and roll bandages for the various hospitals in the Democratic Republic of Congo in Central Africa.

I remember using bandages many times in my young age. In 1993 when our last girl was born at the mission hospital in Vanga, Dr. Dan Fountain and his lovely wife Mama Miriam Fountain gave us enough White Cross clothes for the baby.  The whole family was away from home fleeing the riot, turmoil and the troubles in the capital city.

Yes White Cross is a big help and will continue to be the critical ministries in the life of our people.

Yours,

Nzunga & Kihomi

Friends,

I don’t need to add anything to this journal.  White Cross is still a great ministry and could use more churches involved with this ministry.
