Dear Loved Ones,
Greeting. This week we have been blessed by the visit of some devoted missionaries from two of our Baptist churches in Mount Pleasant and Fierville, Iowa. They are eleven raging from teenager to adult. They have come to see with their own eyes, to get their hands dirty, to get a real picture of the story to tell back home. They have come to share our joy and to show us that we are not alone in the harvest field.
Their presence and the presence of all those who have visited us and who will visit in the near future, those who support sponsor this kind of trips, those who day in and day out pray for us, write to us, support us is a real energy booster to us. Your support is like blood to a dying patient in need of saving blood.
The team has been to the work site to lift some blocks, mix some sand and hand in some buckets of water. They have experienced a different way of building. They have been to the boarder of Haiti and Dominican Republic to learn first hand experience the hardship our people face daily. They have accompanied Kihomi to Enery to teach Self Help principles to some excited women and men. They have sat down in our two hours worship service and have experienced our sun shines and our humidity. They have tested our blessing of having many varieties of mangoes.
We are really the blessed ones.
We say Mesi toujou, thanks always.
In Haiti,
Nzunga & Kihomi.
Dear Friends,
Want to find out how it really is to work and live in Haiti? Would you like to see what our missionaries are doing and the problems they deal with? Plan a trip to the Caribbean without a cruise ship or relaxing in a beach. Have a meaningful trip that you will never forget.
I was told that Regan and Katie had to cancel but I see them there. Can you?
In His Spirit,
In His Name,
