Dear Loved Ones,

Easter blessing to each and every one of you. We pray and we hope that you felt the presence of the Risen Christ and were blessed during this period. We continue to pray for you as we celebrate the victory of salvation over our sin.

Our church service this Sunday April 16, 2017, was a tremendous one. The church was packed and we did not have an empty space. People put on the best outfits each one has for the occasion. Choirs  entered the service in procession and it was very colorful to see them.

Kihomi led the big prayer, the intercessory prayer. After six months of absence, this was the best immersion for us.

The service began with a Easter sketch that kept all of us standing up. Then 6 choirs performed the best each one had.  We sung 4 hymns and then came the message from John 3: 16-17. The guest preacher stressed the fact that the death and the resurrection of Christ were a victory for the world. It showed that God’s love is universal. It was the biggest sacrifice that God proved in sending His only begotten son. That love is beneficial for all of us: come to me all who are tired…., those who believe will not perish…, the truth will set you free. We all were edified by the preaching.

We got out of the service shortly after noon, well-nourished spiritually.

Once again, Easter blessings to all.

Dear Friends,

This is late because they did not have internet for several days.

Haitians live a hard life but the churches are always full.   Maybe we have it too easy.
