Dear Loved Ones,

Greeting. Let me invite you to rejoice with Ms. Willemine from North Eastern Haiti. Willemine is 22 years old and lost her left eye in car accident when she was a young girl. For the last five years, the cataract has blinded her right eye. She was unable to see the exact face of her child. She came to our eye clinic where she was operated on. Even though with just one part of her  eye, Ms. Willemine can see her child and the rest of her family members.

Willemine will no longer stand at the beautiful gate of the temple as the crippled man did but she is now  jumping in joy, ready to join the crowd in the temple. All this is possible because you care.

Thank you for your support of the eye clinic ministries.

Dear Friends,

Hardly a month goes by that I don’t hear a wonderful story of someone’s sight being restored.   This is a life changing event.  Now they can see their loved ones, they can read their bible, they have a chance to get a job.  In Luke 4 when Jesus announced his ministry he specifically listed restoring sight to the blind as part of what he was going to do.
We have several stories in the Gospels where that is what he did.  The eye clinic in Cap-Haitian sits in a world that is not far from the world Jesus lived.  Poor people with little access to medical help.  What a testimony of God’s love that you contribute to keeping this clinic open for people you will never meet.  Thank you.

Blessings,

Denny

Ps. Nzunga had his left knee replaced yesterday.  He is doing very well and has already been on his feet.  Please pray for him to recover quickly thru rehab.
